Investors Visa (RIV) & Relative residence Visa (RFI)

Investors, business owners, highly qualified specialists, researchers and workers who are transferred from one branch to an international branch of the same company can apply for this type of visa, as long as they meet the conditions stipulated in Law No. 14/2013 issued on September 27, to support and internationalize business owners. This type of visa can also be applied for by a spouse as long as they are accompanying them or for the purpose of family reunification or a person with whom they have a romantic relationship, children under the age of 18 years or adults who are supported by this person and who do not have a family themselves, or their dependent parents this person.

Please note:

The Visa fees and BLS Service fees will be accepted –Cash- in USD only.
Any Additional Services will be accepted –Cash- in Egyptian Pounds only.
The rate of the Visa fees and BLS service fees might be changed without any notice as per the current exchange rate.

Please make sure that the photograph meets the following requirements:

You have to provide a one recent one (not more than 6 months old), sized in (3.5 x 4.5) zoom on the face.
Must be in color, taken against white background so that features are distinguishable and contrast against the background.
Clear share quality with the face in focus.
Printed on normal photographic paper (camera print).
Full face, non-smiling without glasses/sunglasses, a hat/cap or other head covering, unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background.

Note: If children under 12 years old are not attending their appointment(s), the parents have to provide two very recent photographs with their applications. In case the photographs do not meet the required specifications, the children will have to show up at the center to take a live photos.

Please follow these instructions carefully as If photographs presented do not meet these requirements your application will be considered incomplete.

The response to the request for some visa categories takes place after a month or more from the date of submitting the application, and for some other visas it takes within 10 days from the date of submitting the application, according to the procedures of the embassy.
