Appeal Process

In case the visa has been rejected you can apply for an appeal application with-in 30 calendar days starting from the next day of receiving the rejection letter.

Appeal applications are free of charge, only additional services are available up-on request:

Please note:

The above mentioned fees are to be paid in cash only.
The rate of the Visa fees in Egyptian pound is as per the current exchange rate. It is subject to change without notice.
All fees are non-refundable.

A cover letter (computerized in Spanish/English) must be submitted clarifying all data of the applicant & the trip details.
Any documents you prefer to submit to support the application according to the reasons of the rejection.

Important notes

The applicant has to submit the appeal application by himself/herself except minors, the parents can make it instead of them.
The passport is not required to be submitted.

Delegation Form for Appeal-Collection

The Embassy of Spain has the right to give the resolution of the appeal applications with-in 60 calendar days starting from the next working day of submitting the application.
